Ownership and Usage Rights, All artwork purchased from Nacho Kat Art, whether free, won, or earned, is protected by copyright.

- Nacho Kat Art and its affiliates retain all rights to the artwork.

- No permissions for use, duplication, selling, or advertising of the purchased artwork are granted by Nacho Kat Art or its affiliates.

- Prohibited Usage:Users are strictly prohibited from using, duplicating, selling, or advertising any artwork purchased from Nacho Kat Art without explicit permission.

- Unauthorized usage of the artwork may result in legal action.

- Enforcement: - Nacho Kat Art reserves the right to enforce its ownership rights and take appropriate legal action against any unauthorized usage or infringement. Please note that this policy applies to all artwork purchased from Nacho Kat Art, regardless of the manner in which it was obtained.

Nacho Kat Art Policy:

Returns:

- Items purchased on sale: Sale items can be returned within 7 days of purchase. Sale Returns will receive store credit.

 - Prints and Gifts (not on sale): Prints and gifts purchased at full price can be returned within 14 days of purchase.  Returns within 14 days will be eligible for a full refund.  Returns between 14 and 30 days will receive store credit.

 - Custom Prints: Custom prints are subject to a processing fee of 15% of the total price. If a custom print is returned within 14 days of purchase, the remainig amount after the processing fee will be refunded. Returns between 14 and 30 days will receive the remaing balance owed in store credit after the processing fee.

- Refund Timeframe: No items will be refunded after 30 days of purchase. 

- Please note that all returns must be in their original condition and packaging. Nacho Kat reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Ownership of Submitted Content:

- By submitting any text, context, video, photo, or any other media, the user retains 100% ownership of the content.

- Nacho Kat Art acknowledges that all submitted content is the property of the user.

- Nacho Kat Art is granted the rights to use the submitted content solely for the purpose of creating the requested artwork.

Commissions and Deposits:

- All commissioned artwork requires a 15% deposit to initiate the project.

- The remaining balance must be paid in full before the final project is processed.

- All commissioned artwork includes 2 prototypes free of charge.

- Any additional requests or changes after the completion of the first 2 prototypes will incur a 15% fee based on the project's total cost.

- Nacho Kat Art strives to listen and work closely with clients to produce artwork that meets their wants and needs. However, custom artwork may not always be an exact representation of the client's vision.

- By submitting an order, the client acknowledges and agrees to this process. Please note that all terms and conditions are subject to change and Nacho Kat Art reserves the right to modify the policy as needed.

Kitten Klub Membership Policy

- Final Sale and No Returns: All membership sales are final, and no returns or refunds will be provided. 

- Membership Benefits: Members will receive regular email updates with exclusive deals and offers. It is the responsibility of the member to keep their email address up to date to receive these communications. 

- Lost Membership Card: In the event of a lost membership card, members can request a new card by emailing ART@NACHOKATART.com. To request a new card, the member must provide their membership number.  Replacement cards cannot be issued if the member does not know their membership name or number. 

- Membership Revocation:Nacho Kat Art reserves the right to revoke any membership for any reason Unpaid memberships will be immediately revoked. Memberships can be suspended by contacting Art@NACHOKATART.COM.

- Membership cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the sole owner of the card. Sharing or selling of membership is strictly prohibited. If caught sharing or selling a membership, the member will be permanently revoked from using the membership.

- Please carefully review and understand the membership policy before purchasing or using a membership. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Nacho Kat Art for further assistance.

Agreement to Policy

- By agreeing to this policy, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

- Compliance with Rules: You agree to follow all the rules and regulations outlined in the policy. This includes refraining from selling or reusing any artwork purchased from Nacho Kat Art without explicit permission.

- Payment of Fees: You agree to pay any required fees, such as the deposit for commissioned artwork or additional charges for extra requests.

- Adherence to Return Policy:You agree to comply with the return policy specified by Nacho Kat Art. This includes adhering to the specified timeframes and conditions for returns and refunds.

- Submission of Own Work:You agree to submit your own work, such as text, context, video, photo, or any other media, for commissioned projects. You retain ownership rights to the submitted content.

- Granting of Rights:You agree to grant Nacho Kat Art the rights to use the submitted content solely for the purpose of creating the requested artwork.

- Usage of Submitted Photos: You agree to allow Nacho Kat Art to use the rights of any photos you submit for commissioned projects. Please read and understand the policy carefully before agreeing to it. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Nacho Kat Art for clarification.
